The iJoy 100, 130, 170, and 173 models are basically the same but they vary a little in size and design.
The iJoy 300 includes power reclining and costs a little bit more than other iJoy models (the others are manual recline).
The iJoy 320 is a more expensive model because of an integrated calf and foot massager. A calf and foot massager is sold separately for other iJoy models.
The iJoy 550 allows gives you freedom to swivel to the left or right.
